• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

• A brief reason for the return
• Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was incorrect or damaged due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Email info@joymartt.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to make it right quickly.
